Jewellery Classes Overview

Jewellery classes at Gobbins Craft Workshop are suitable for  both beginners with no previous jewellery making experience and intermediate students who wish to develop their skills. All classes are tutored by Heather, an experienced goldsmith who has taught students of all abilities for more than 25 years. Classes are limited to four, so that the pace can be adjusted to each individual student ensuring that they gain the maximum from the experience.

Students will be taught all essential skills and will be supplied with basic materials such as copper and solder for learning and developing skills. Thereafter, those who wish to work in silver, will be provided with information on trade suppliers along with materials advice.

Important Notes for all Students:

Tools: For all classes all equipment and tools will be supplied.

Dress:  Wear old clothes, for health and safety no open toe shoes and long hair must be tied back.
